Overview

Unlike automatic discounts which apply to everyone matching specific conditions, sometimes you want to offer special discounts or run promotional sales. You can do so using coupon codes.

Coupon codes can be entered by parents during the checkout process to receive additional discounts.

How to Create a Coupon Code

1. Go to Billing -> Coupons

2. Click Add Coupon

3. Select a discount type (click the + icon to create a new discount type)

4. Enter a code or generate a random one (recommend)

5. Choose the discount rate (flat amount off or percentage off)

6. Enter the discount value (dollar amount or percentage)

7. Optionally enable Single use which will make sure the coupon can only be used one time by a single person. By default, a person can only use a coupon once but this option would only allow a single person to use it once.

8. Optionally enable Reusable which means the coupon can be used multiple times by the same household or individual but only once per enrollment or order.

9. Click Create
