How to approve or deny student applications

Viewing applicants

Whenever a student application is submitted, a new applicant is created.

To view all student applicants, go to Enrollment -> Applicants

You can filter the list of applicants by their status:

  • In progress: applications that have been started but not submitted and can't be approved or denied until so. Applications that stay in this status for a long time might be a clue that the parent/guardian needs help filling it out.
  • Submitted: applications that have been filled out and submitted and are now ready for review.
  • Reviewing: applications being reviewed by a school administrator.
  • Approved: applications that have been approved, giving the applicant permission to being enrollment.
  • Denied: applications that have been denied, preventing the applicant from enrolling.

How to approve or deny an applicant

  1. Click on the applicant you want to review.
  1. Click the Approve or Deny button and confirm.

How to change an applicant's status

  1. Click on the applicant you want to change the status of.
  1. Use the Actions button and select change status.
  1. Choose a status and click Update status

Download a PDF version of an application

  1. View the applicant you want to download
  1. Use the Actions button and select Download PDF
  1. A PDF copy will be generated and saved to your computer
