Viewing applicants
Whenever a student application is submitted, a new applicant is created.
To view all student applicants, go to Enrollment -> Applicants
You can filter the list of applicants by their status:
- In progress: applications that have been started but not submitted and can't be approved or denied until so. Applications that stay in this status for a long time might be a clue that the parent/guardian needs help filling it out.
- Submitted: applications that have been filled out and submitted and are now ready for review.
- Reviewing: applications being reviewed by a school administrator.
- Approved: applications that have been approved, giving the applicant permission to being enrollment.
- Denied: applications that have been denied, preventing the applicant from enrolling.
How to approve or deny an applicant
- Click on the applicant you want to review.
- Click the Approve or Deny button and confirm.
How to change an applicant's status
- Click on the applicant you want to change the status of.
- Use the Actions button and select change status.
- Choose a status and click Update status

Download a PDF version of an application
- View the applicant you want to download
- Use the Actions button and select Download PDF
- A PDF copy will be generated and saved to your computer
