Avoiding Spam and Junk Mail
Even though TeachHero does its best to get your email into recipient's inboxes, sometimes end up spam or junk.
If recipients find your emails in their spam or junk folder, they should move those emails to their inbox so that way their email client knows that your email isn't spam.
You can also ask recipients to add [email protected]
to their contacts or address book or safe senders list. This will help prevent your emails from going to their spam or junk folders.
Bounced or Failed Send Attempts
TeachHero creates a Send Attempt for each recipient. If the recipient's email client rejects your email, it will let TeachHero know and the status of that send attempt to will change.
Resending Emails
You can resend any send attempt by click, Resend next to the recipient.

- Click, Confirm to send
