Overview
TeachHero allows you to add a personalized signature to the bottom of all your emails. These signatures help recipients identify who sent the email and save you from typing the same information repeatedly. You can create a default signature through Settings โ School Profile or set up different signatures for various email templates. Each signature can be edited on a per-email basis.
Default Signature
To create your default email signature, navigate to Settings โ School Profile and scroll to the Email Signature section. Enter your signature and save your settings. This signature will automatically appear in all new emails and templates you create.

Customizing a Signature
Every email and template form includes a section at the bottom where you can customize your signature.
