You can find a list of all active students attending your school by going to Enrollment → Students.
Active vs Inactive
Understanding the difference between active and inactive students is important. TeachHero only bills for active students.
What is an active student?
An active student is a student contact with an approved application and is enrolled in current scheduled or upcoming scheduled. A student only becomes inactive if they (1) never enroll in any schedules or (2) are only enrolled in past schedules.
Exporting Students
You can export a list of all active or inactive students to a .csv file.
- Got to Enrollment → Students
- Select all the students you want to export
- Use the “Bulk actions” button and select “Export selected”
- Choose which columns you want to include
- Click “Export”
The exported file might take a minute to generate. You’ll received an in-app notification when you export is ready. Click the notifications icon (bell icon) at the top right when you export is ready to download your student list.
