Tired of sending the same welcome email repeatedly to new students? TeachHero can automatically send customized welcome emails to new students and their families when they enroll in your class.
Setting up an Automatic Class Welcome Email
Before setting up a welcome email, you'll need to create an email template first.

- Select a class
- Click "Edit class"
- Scroll to the "Class Welcome Email" section
- Click "Select email template"
- Select a template by checking the box next to it
- Click "Select"
- Save your changes
When a new student enrolls in the class, both they and their parents/guardians will automatically receive the email you created in your template.
You can also include attachments in your welcome email by adding them to the email template.
